Job Responsibilities
As a Systems Specialist in container technology within the Data Center function, you will work in environments based on container technology and be involved in establishing, operating, and further developing our new container platform.
The role involves varied tasks ranging from architecture and design to operational management and continuous improvement of the platform.
You will work with the operation and management of container platforms in production, including monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management. By automating platform tasks, you ensure an efficient and scalable operational environment while driving efforts to improve and modernize our processes. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and incident management to maintain stable and reliable operations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development teams to ensure that the platform supports their needs and enables a smooth flow from development to production. You will also actively work on implementing security solutions to create a robust and secure operational environment.
Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, develop design proposals, and conduct environmental monitoring within platform and infrastructure services to ensure that our solutions are both modern and sustainable in the long term.
We are always developing our operations, and you need to be open to the possibility that your tasks may change over time.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university or college degree in IT, or experiences and qualifications deemed equivalent. You have experience working with container platforms in production, preferably based on Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or OKD. Certifications in OpenShift are an advantage.
You have very good skills in Linux-based operating systems (RHEL, CentOS) and are used to working with automation and operations. You master modern CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Tekton, and have good experience with Infrastructure as Code through tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
Furthermore, you have practical experience with container technology such as Docker or Podman, as well as building and managing scalable and highly available platforms. You understand monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Loki, and are used to working according to GitOps principles with tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
You communicate easily and understandably in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Personal Qualities
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person with a structured approach and show creativity in your problem-solving. You have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player who is happy to share your knowledge.
